Returns

At Cohala Wellness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for new, unopened products that were purchased directly from our website. We are unable to assist you if you purchased on a 3rd party website.

Please review the following guidelines and instructions for making a return or exchange:

Eligibility for Returns:

- Due to health and safety, only new, unopened products are eligible for returns. We cannot accept returns for opened or used products.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase date.

RETURNS/REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION - PLEASE CONTACT returns@cohalawellness.com FOR THIS INFORMATION.

Due to the nature of the product with immediate electronic delivery, Digital Products/Planners/Guides/Workbooks are not eligible for Return or Refund. All digital sales are final. 

Return Process:

1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at returns@cohalawellness.com within the 14-day return period. We will provide you with further instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
2. Please include your original packing slip or a note with your name and order details in the returned package. This will help us process your return more efficiently.
3. Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, ensuring that they are well protected to prevent damage during transit.
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. 

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-21 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.
- Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned item(s) only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you received the item as part of a promotional offer or bundle, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the value of the returned item(s).
