What’s inside

• Guarana: a natural source of caffeine
• Bladderwrack (fucus vesiculosus): a sea vegetable that naturally contains iodine
• Flaxseed oil: a source of omega-3 fatty acids
• 5-HTP: a building block the body uses to make serotonin
• Zinc pyruvate

How to use
Apply 1 patch daily to clean, dry skin with little or no hair, such as the shoulder, upper arm or back. Wear for up to 8 hours. Avoid applying lotion or cream to the area first.
