All COHALA Wellness supplements and patches ship from within the US.
Processing: Orders placed by 2 PM are processed within 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. So if you order Friday afternoon, your order starts processing Monday morning. We know you want it ASAP, and we’ll get it out as fast as we can.
Delivery: Once your order ships, expect it within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. You’ll get a tracking number by email so you can follow your package the whole way.

Clinical care through Altro Health
Clinical orders work differently. COHALA Wellness does not prescribe, fill, or ship prescriptions. When you order through Altro Health, a licensed clinician reviews your intake, and if a prescription is appropriate, a licensed US pharmacy prepares and ships it directly to you.
Your treatment timeline
- Today: Place your order and complete your medical intake form.
- Days 1–2: The clinical team reviews within 1–2 business days and, when appropriate, prescribes.
- Days 3–5: The pharmacy prepares your order.
- Days 5–7: Your order ships directly to you with 2-day shipping.
- Every 4 weeks: Your order renews. Payment is processed and the product is shipped to you.
- Within 60–90 days: Complete lab testing to continue your treatment.
Questions about a clinical order, shipping, billing, or your care? Log in to your Altro Health account and message them through the portal. Altro and the pharmacy handle everything about prescription orders, so they can answer fastest.
